Privacy Policy
Effective July 2026
DAS Consulting Co (“DAS”, “we”) operates dasconsulting.com.co. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is intentionally short — we collect very little.
What we collect
Contact form data. When you submit our contact form we receive the information you type: your name, work email, brand or company, marketplace, and message. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to set up the engagement.
Analytics data. We use standard web analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We do not use it for advertising profiles.
What we do with it
We use your information to answer your inquiry, schedule consultations you request, and improve the website. That is the full list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
Who can access it
Contact form submissions are delivered to our team by email and are accessible only to DAS personnel who handle new inquiries. We rely on established service providers (email delivery, analytics, scheduling) to operate the site; they process data on our behalf and under their own security commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as they are relevant to an active or potential engagement. If you want your information deleted sooner, ask — see below.
Your choices
You can browse this site without submitting any personal information. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have shared with us, email ivan@dasconsultingco.com and we will handle it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly — no silent edits.
